This seismological catalog is composed of the earthquake hypocenter determinations selected from the Decade Seismological Bulletin, issued by the Central Experimental Methodical Expedition of the Geophysical Service of the Russian Academy of Sciences, at Obninsk, Kaluga Region, Russia.

The catalog covers the period from 01.01.1983 up to now and includes earthquakes occurred in the territory of Russia with magnitude M >= 4.5 (for the Far East M >= 5.0) and in other countries of Asia and Europe with M >= 5.5.

In the World Data Center for Solid Earth Physics, Moscow have developed a Web-based user interface to the catalog that allows users to search the data and retrieve data by the available parameters.
