The Decade Seismological Bulletin is issued by the Central Experimental Methodical Expedition of the Geophysical Service of the Russian Academy of Sciences (CEME GS RAS), at Obninsk, Kaluga Region, Russia.

Bulletin contains information on main parameters of earthquake hypocenters and detailed station data with body and surface wave magnitudes more than 4.0 for the territory of Russia and more than 4.5 – 5.0 for outside.

The CEME GS RAS Decade Seismological Bulletin with phase data from May 1995 to the most recent decade is available as ASCII files.

There are 5 record types, which all represent one event: epicenter line, magnitude line, comments, primary phase line, secondary phase & maximum. Each record is 80 bytes long.
