The waveform records from the Global Digital Seismograph Network (GDSN) for the earthquakes from January 1980 to June 1987 are available on CD-ROMs.

The collection consists of ten CD-ROMs with earthquake digital data for the events for the period from Jan.1980 to Dec.1986 with magnitude equal and more than 5.5 and from Jan.1987 to Jun.1987 with magnitude equal and more than 4.9.

The CD-ROMs are produced by the NEIC, USGS. The special software (SONIC) allows to select, display, and retrieve seismic data from the compact discs.
