According to the Guide to the World Data Center System WDC for SEP, Moscow prepares copies of seismograms any earthquakes in response to special requests from scientists . The part of such seismogram copies archives uncludes earthquake records for the period from 1983 to 1989 enumerated in the list .

For each events this list includes lines with earthquake parameters from reports of three agencys - MOS, ISC, NEIC. Then the codes of stations which records are in archives and the number of seismograms for every station are listed.

Users can request copies of these data by e-mail . Request should contain the earthquake date, origin time, and probably station list.
