The International Geomagnetic Reference Field, 1995 Revision

The International Geomagnetic Reference Field, 1995 Revision is a series of mathematical models of the main geomagnetic field and its secular variation produced and maintained by International Association of Geomagnetism and Aeronomy (IAGA) Working Group V-8: Analysis of the Global and Regional Geomagnetic Field and its Secular Variation.
The "IGRF" program package provided by IAGA Working Group V-8 may be used to compute spot values or gridded values of main field elements and their annual changes for the International Geomagnetic Reference Field (1995 revision), covering epochs between 1900 and 2000.
The existence of IGRF depends on data contributed by the world-wide network of magnetic observatories and national agencies conducting magnetic field surveys.
